Meet Patty
Originally from Southern Ohio, Patty studied Communications at the University of Cincinnati. She has had an extraordinarily successful career in the Human Resources, Project Management fields as well as owning an award-winning family business in Kingston before following her passion and becoming a Real Estate Agent in 2021.
After working for a large real estate firm, Patty wanted the more collaborative environment that Duston Leddy provides to help her advance her real estate career. Patty enjoys finding the potential in each home and how she can assist clients attain their goals.
Throughout her 30 years of customer service, she has the critical thinking skills and dedication to help others. Patty has a true commitment to her clients and can assist with the process of both buying and selling homes. Her clients would describe her as professional, enthusiastic, and easy to work with.
Having lived on or near the Seacoast for over 20 years, she has the knowledge of the surrounding towns and the uniqueness each town has to offer. She has served on the Board of Directors for a local non-profit preschool and chaired numerous fundraising committees, is continually active in her town’s events and is committed to always giving back to her community. Patty resides in Newfields with her husband Marc and three children.
When Patty has down time she loves being with her family, antiquing, traveling, assisting clients their interior design needs, singing, and taking walks with her dog, Mickey, an active border collie/hound rescue.
